Finely Tuned: The Debate, My Take(4)

by Tnut

Obama is surely a musician, he played Sen. McCain like a violin.

Obama took an out of tune and out of sorts man and tightened the screws and straightened the strings and then played a solo. He pretended not to notice a clearly agitated, constricted, and scripted McCain, as Obama faced the issues and refrained many times to openings he could have ridden an Elephant through.( The Pallin invitation was stunning.)

But tonight Obama was playing for the people. He cleverly dodged the bait offered by McCain,(Who obviously had a smart remark scripted for him.) and played a song of hope for America. The tune was too much for the old violin and it almost burst into flames several times and if not for the talent of Obama the stage would have probably burned up. But cool fingers prevailed and Obama not only set the tune he set the tone.

Tonight, set up the bleachers, I think Obama is going to the White House.

I can sing that tune.

Tnut.

p.s. The vote is the note.
